On the basis of consideration of expert evaluation in sports of the highest achievements as process of the decision of the most difficult sensory-perceptual problem of psychological scaling and allocation of non-sensory factors of inter individual variability of results of direct psychophysical digitization of size of visual and emotional effects the main directions of increase of stability of the expert to factors of external manipulation by his consciousness are defined.
