Expert component in the formation of victimization in the Tatar ethno-national ideology on the example of the «Baleshfest» festival in the Republic of Bashkortostan

On a concrete empirical example of conflicting interpretations of the culinary festival «Baleshfest» in Bashkortostan the article considers, how myths about the infringement of Tatars in Bashkortostan are formed and introduced into the federal expert community. According to our hypothesis, within the framework of scientific support for the ideological order outgrowth of Tatar nationalism known as Tatarism (the term of prof. M.Z. Zakiev) now become, in fact, an ideological mainstream in Tatarstan. The results of the study confirmed the hypothesis that the vector of victimization in the Tatar nationalist project is strengthening in the post-Soviet period up to the present time purposefully, on an expert basis.
