Expert assessments and their role in social monitoring of the efficiency of the management of socio-economic systems

Expert assessments play one of the leading roles in social research. One of the sides of expert assessments is the role of the individual in this process. The opinion of a specialist or an interested person as a result of the study becomes one of the main ones. The management process is diverse. It includes planning, motivation, coordination, decision making, forecasting, and control. All these functions cannot be assessed without a specialist who knows the specifics of the socio-economic system. Social monitoring in this case expands the assessment of the effectiveness of managing the socio-economic system. Sociology makes it possible to assess the process taking place more deeply within the socio-economic system. This is the relevance of the study of the presented problem. The applied nature of expert assessments in social monitoring is presented in the form of the implementation of the program for conducting this study. The results of the application of the program allow us to evaluate the significance of using interdisciplinary research methods in studying the processes of system management efficiency.
