The article presents the substantiation of application of an expert method, mathematical methods of elaboration of expert evaluations and technologies of knowledge engineering in order to development of new type techniques of medical psychodiagnostics. The basic background, problems of using of given methods and objects of medical psychodiagnostics in development of new techniques are described.
