Experts in the field of ethnopolitology and experts in the field of regional elections: common, various, prospects of interaction

The article presents an analysis of the relationship between the field of ethnopolitology and the study of the regional electoral process, as well as the relationship of expert communities of researchers studying ethnopolitical conflicts and regional election campaigns. The author shows that ethnopolitical issues affect regional electoral processes, and electoral processes affect ethnopolitical movements at the regional, and even at the interregional level. The paper considers both examples of regional expert communities and interregional associations, as well as expert associations of the centers of scientific life in Russia (federal cities of Moscow and St. Petersburg).
