The export of education as a legal phenomenon

The article discusses the concept and essence of the export education. It analyzes the legal framework regulating the corre- sponding relationship. There are four models of export of educational services. In the article a definition of the export is made. The article author pays great attention to both the norms of international law and the basic strategic national documents aimed at the development of educational export. The contributor formulates the concept of the education export, defines the characteristic of a complex legal phenomenon, on the basis of the conducted research. Scientific interest in examining the legal phenomenon is predetermined; first of all, the fact that the range of educational services that could be subject to export and it is quite wide and varied.
