Export of higher education in Russia nowadays

Education for international students at the higher education institutions of Russia was always a priority sphere for government policy in the sphere of higher education since 50’s of 20 century. Instead of significant increase of international students in 90’s, after that was a dramatic fall. Priority project “Export of education” is aimed on increase of quantity of international students in higher education institutions of Russia. Thanks to this project the quantity of international student in year 2020 reached a record number.
