Export control as one of methods of non-tariff regulation

The article analyzes the country's national security, which involves both military and economic security. To consider the concept of export control follows from the standpoint of the requirements of international conventions and regimes in the field of non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, to which the Russian Federation is a party. In addition, it can study more widely, especially if we rely on the provisions of Article 4 of Federal Law No. 183-FZ of 18.07.1999 (as amended on 13.07.2015) «On Export Control». This article provides for both protecting the various interests of the Russian Federation and creating conditions for the integration of its economy into the world economy.
