Exterior of Holstein and Holstein cattle

The article considers the influence of Holstein on the exterior of purebred and crossbred cattle. It was found that holstinized heifers have a more pronounced milk type, are characterized by higher indicators of measurements and body indices. The obtained data indicate the degree of development of the respiratory and circulatory systems, which is an indirect evidence of the good health of animals and their suitability for industrial technology.
