The work is devoted to finding the best method of obtaining oil from the seeds of amaranth and further study of its properties. The work poses to the physical, chemical and pharmacological properties of amaranth oil and consider the prospects for the introduction of the product in the area of cosmetology and medicine (treatment of cancer).
