Existential-psychological bases of art-trainings of creativity for leaders and teams

In the article existential-psychological bases of one of the form of work within the programme «Innovative leadership» are analyzed-art-trainings of creativity for stimulation of individual and group creative activity. Existential bases of art-trainings are considered in the context of ecological-psychological and symbolistic-reflexive approaches to the development of social integration of a creative personality. Directions of theoretical analysis and psycho-technical constructions which help to fulfill the working-out of art-trainings are discussed: revealing of the subject of culture, who have different values of creative work: including the experience of a creative personality of catastrophes, harmonization of the living world, usage of synergetic mechanisms of stimulating of creative productivity. Technological principals of art-trainings building on the basis of symbolic game space with the maximum influence on the participants.
