The article considers analytical expressions for the potentials of electric fields that correspond to cylindrical RF channels. The electrodes of such channels are a sequence of identical flat diaphragms, in the particular case of circular diaphragms with apertures of constant radius. The obtained expressions allow one to estimate the disturbances of the transporting electric fields when approaching the edges of the electrodes and can be useful for qualitative simulation of RF devices designed for isolation, transporting and focusing of ions.
