Psoriasis and arterial hypertension are often observed in men of working age. Biologically active molecules such as insulin-like growth factor, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), etc. play a significant role in the pathogenesis of these diseases. These factors contribute to cardiac remodeling, which is one of the arrhythmogenic substrates. The aim of the study was a comprehensive assessment of electrical cardiac parameters in male patients suffering from arterial hypertension affected by psoriasis vulgaris.
