The article studied glucose oxidase (GOx), immobilized on nanoparticles Fe3O4, which is used in the construction of electrochemical biosensors for glucose. The effect of temperature on immobilization of glucose oxidase on aminomodified particles Fe3O4 is investigated. It is shown that the preferred temperature for immobilization of glucose oxidase on aminomodified particles Fe3O4 is 4°С. The advantage of using mediator electrochemical enzyme biosensors for glucose is shown in the article. The authors studied the parameters of mediator biosensor based on glucose: the range of determined concentrations of glucose is 0,05-5,00 mM, the sensitivity is 35 mА/М-сm2, the measurement period of a sample is less than 2 minutes, the reproducibility of the signal is 2%, the operating stability is 12 days, the stability of sensors in storage is 6 months.
