Electronization state and municipal procurement: development trends and challenges

This article discusses the problems and trends in the development of state and municipal procurement in the Russian Federation. The formation of a new stage of procedures for 44-FZ- the transition to electronic procurement. The main method of research is the analysis of laws, resolutions of the Government of the Russian Federation; the Result-conclusions, recommendations and forecast for the future.
