Electronic democracy in Russia: first experience of normative legal regulation

The article is devoted to the issues of development and normative-legal consolidation of the mechanisms of e-democracy in Russia. The hotel aspects of the introduction of legal norms, the dynamics of development, the current state are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the effectiveness in the application of legal norms, which fixes the elements of the concept of e-democracy now in modern Russia.
