Electronic economy: theoretical features of protection of the digital economic rights of citizens

It is devoted to questions of theory, namely the theoretical component of the protection of digital economic rights of citizens. The historical and legal aspects of the digital economy are presented. The emphasis is placed on the importance of the digital economy and digital rights of citizens, which is emphasized by examples from regulatory legal documents, especially those related to development strategies. Both positive and negative aspects of the new trends in the digital economy are considered. Issues such as cyber threats and an imperfect mechanism for protecting digital economic rights of citizens are raised.
