The information system for simulations of dynamics and fields of flooding of the Volga-Akhtuba bottomland is created. On the basis by our numerical hydrodynamic modeling and statistical data processing of hydrological monitoring for phase 2001-2006 years the parameters influencing to flooding Volga-Akhtuba area are calculated. Two mathematical models included in a composition of soft of an information systems and providing a possibility of build-up of a flooding maps depending on the shape of the hydrograph and other parameters.
