Methods of scanning electronic microscopy, the X-ray spectral and X-ray phase analysis it was studied the structure of sintered composite material Cu-12% vol. Ti 3SiC 2 electrode tool. The phase, chemical composition of experimental samples is presented, and features of local microanalysis at the assessment of their structure are specified.
