Electronuc and technical means of criminal procedural proof

The article deals with electronic evidence of criminal procedure urged to ensure the effective criminal proceedings. The analysis of judicial practice is carried out, the scientists’ opinions on the use of technical means for processing the information provided in electronic form are studied. It is noted that criminal proceedings should be developed considering modern information communication relations in society.
