Administrative reform and regional anticorruption practices at the modern stage of Russian political modernization (by Volgograd region example)

The article corresponds to research of regional process of political modernization under administrative reform. Russia's Internal Policy priority direction is the fight against the corruption. Based on the example of Volgograd Oblast the author shows the principal details of modern control systems implementation (creation of «Electronic government» and Multifunctional Centers for rendering of services to people), stressing the need for Anticorruption Support in the Regional level as well as the level of the Federal Subject.
