E-government as a means of anti-corruption enforcement in the context of media convergence

This article shows crucial characteristics and perspectives of the process of media convergence. The author of this paper analyses the opportunities of the state in the context of cyberspace. First of all cyberspace is used as an environment for the solution a lot of problems, for instance, the problem of corruption. It's important to note that these problems should be solved in view of social, cultural factors. However often these factors (administrative traditions, mental attitudes and etc.) are ignored, although it plays a major role in this activity. Therefore the author argues that social context affects the activity of the state instead of the technological context.
