Justice as a support for entrepreneurship

The paper considers the e-justice system in the Russian Federation and its relevance in the modern world. The regulatory framework regulating the creation and functioning of both e-justice separately and the digital economy as a whole is indicated. The necessary processes for improving the e-justice system are identified. The main digital innovations in the judicial system are described. Electronic justice is defined as an assistant for conducting business at different levels.
