E-justice: judicial reform to 2020

The article deals with e-justice in the era of the digital economy, in which there is a planned and planned transition of the judicial system, its development, reform, modernization of public administration. However, e-justice cannot fully switch to the remote control format. The author has identified the problems that the judicial power is currently facing as a form of state power. And proposed ways to overcome such problems.
