Electronic documentation management in labor relations: problems and prospects

The article raises the problem of applying digital technology in labor relations; analyzed the draft Federal Law “On Amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation” (regarding the use of documents in electronic form). It is established that the use of electronic document circulation in labor relations is of interest both to the state, both to employers and to employees. Some problematic aspects of the mechanism of using documents in electronic form in the sphere of labor relations are touched upon. The conclusion is made about the need to implement a serious legal revision in the field of electronic documentation management in the field of labor.
