Electronic dictionary of mathematical terms as a means of successful mathematics training of children with disabilities in bilingual conditions

Problem and purpose. The article analyzes and formulates the problems associated with teaching mathematics to children with disabilities in bilingual conditions through the example of the Republic of Tuva. Among them is the problem of insufficient provision with special techniques contributing to the increase in the effectiveness of teaching mathematics to this category of children. The purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of the problems of teaching mathematics to children with disabilities and to offer an electronic Russian-Tuvan dictionary of mathematical terms as an effective electronic resource in teaching mathematics to such children. The research methodology consists of an analysis and compilation of normative-legal documents in the field of education, programs, textbooks and manuals on mathematics intended for children with disabilities. Results. Based on the analysis of the state of the problems of teaching children with disabilities, the article justifies the necessity of creating electronic resources aimed at ensuring conditions and opportunities for obtaining education equally with ordinary children. As such a resource, the authors developed an electronic Russian- Tuvan dictionary of mathematical terms. Conclusion. The electronic Russian-Tuvan dictionary of mathematical terms for children with disabilities offered in the article contributes to the qualitative assimilation of learning material, mastering mental operations, the development of mathematical speech and the improvement of the quality of knowledge in mathematics.
