49 operations of electrostimulation cardiomyoplastic (KMP) among the patients with chronic heart disease caused by the dilatation cardiomyopathy and ischemic heart disease have been conducted. Low contraction function of the heart and distal lesions of coronal arteries by the atherosclerlosis were contra-indication for coronary artery bypass graft operations and resections of aneurysms among 32 patients. In the immediate post-operative period 9 patients (18%) died. 7 patients where died in the remote post-operative period (28±5.5 months). All of 39 patients, who have left the hospital in 1.5-2 months after the KMP the significant positive clinical signs of status improvement were marked which were developed in circulation deficit deterioration up to 1-2 stage. Tolerance to physical load increased up to 30-40 Watts on the average (the initial values were less than 25 Watts). The attacks of stenocardia among ischemic heart disease patients reduced or disappeared at all, doses of antianginal drugs were reduced significantly. Proved that during the electrical stimulation of the broad muscle of back, the density of capillary net within it increases and the blood flow along vascular anastomosis is exercised from muscle into heart. We believe, what KMP surgery improves myocardium vascularisation and results in elimination the degree of cardiac insufficiency. carried out in conditions of nonperfused profound (26-24° C) hypothermal protection. The cerebroprotective activity is shown on the EAB material during surgical corrections of congential heart defects by the profound hypothermal protection. The EAB analysis shows us, that electrogenesis, pattern structure and neurodynamic parameters of the system of brain rythmic regulation are rather maintained after operation.
