Elements of the contemporary education management's methodology as an organizational basis of the teacher's professional skill improvement

The article deals with the problem of development of professional and personal qualities of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education. The article describes a set of meta-abilities, which is of particular importance for the effective implementation of the teacher's professional activities. The emphasis is placed on the application of the elements of the methodology of educational management as an integrative scientific and practical field of knowledge for the development of teachers' meta-abilities in the process of professional development. The article analyzes the possibility of organizing the educational process on the basis of the application of scientific knowledge in such areas of educational management as personal management and knowledge management. Methodological guidelines of these areas of educational management, providing the increment and update of professional knowledge, as well as the development of proactivity of teachers, set out. The paper presents a practical approach to the organization of the educational process on the basis of methodological components of modern educational management in the framework of training of teachers of the school subject “Informatics”.
