Emotional modality of a teacher as a basis for professional activity

The main content of the concept of “emotional modality” is considered, its specificity is revealed among primary school teachers. The focus is on the understanding and acceptance by a teacher of their individual characteristics when interacting with students. The results of an empirical study of the emotional modality of primary school teachers are presented. The conclusion is made about the need to create social conditions for the self-improvement of teachers with the help of psychological and pedagogical developments.
