Emotional and evaluative nomination of the realities in the political discourse of the XXI century

The article deals with the use of the emotional and evaluative vocabulary in the political discourse at the examples of the speech of the party leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia - Vladimir Zhirinovsky. There are qualified the lexical language means as the important tools of the creation and development of the emotional evaluation carried out on the basis of the values’ system. There are revealed the specific techniques for the transfer of the evaluation - common parlance, dysphemism, fiction, jargon words etc. in the analysis.
