Emotional and psychological environment as a basic component of the university educational ecosystem

The article is devoted to the analysis of current research by modern authors in the field of constructing a favorable emotional and psychological climate within the framework of an ecosystem approach to the functioning and development of the educational environment. The forms of interpersonal interaction between teachers and students, intragroup relations in the teaching and student communities are considered. The characteristics of a favorable socio-psychological climate are outlined (motivation, clearly formulated moral values, collective goals as an indicator of effective team performance, taking into account the mental potential of communication participants). Self-education and the individual educational trajectory of students are analyzed as mechanisms for organizing free space for independent choice and ensuring the ecosystemic nature of the process of obtaining and mastering knowledge, communication style, pedagogical tact, empathy, and communication abilities of the teacher. The results of a survey of students reflecting the degree of their satisfaction with the emotional and psychological climate of the educational environment of the university are presented.
