The emotional dimension of the state sovereignty in the context of ensuring national security

The article concludes that the interpretations of the content and dimensions of sovereign state policy existing in modern scientific research and political and legal documents, the latest data in the field of studying political and cognitive psychology, as well as neuropolitics indicate the prospects of studying the mechanisms of ensuring national security and protecting national interests in the field of emotional sovereignty. The importance of providing a link between formal knowledge of the history, traditions, culture of the society and the state and a living, emotional perception is due to the fact that emotional perception of reality serves as an important incentive for the active implementation and protection of values in practice, the formation of sincere patriotism and a nationally oriented elite.
