The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of emotional burnout of teachers, which is one of the most common barriers to professionalism, creativity and self-realization. The work reveals the psychological features of the development of emotional burnout, analyzes the factors of the problem, as well as offers recommendations on how to prevent the burnout syndrome of teachers.
