The article studies the emotional burnout among teachers with different lengths of service. The relevance is due to the fact that the emotional burnout is becoming an increasingly common phenomenon in the teaching profession, which can negatively affect the quality of education and psychoemotional state. The study covers teachers with different levels of experience: beginners, those with several years of work, and experienced specialists. A theoretical analysis of the concept of "emotional burnout" made it possible to determine that emotional burnout syndrome is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion that occurs as a result of chronic stress at work. The purpose of the research is to study the influence of length of service on the characteristics of emotional burnout in teachers. By means of psychological tools, the author developed the criteria for assessing the degree of burnout, and identified the key factors contributing to its development and manifestation. The results showed that teachers with longer work experience are more likely to experience fatigue and lack of motivation, but have better resources to overcome stress. The article also offers recommendations for preventing burnout, including creating a supportive environment and implementing psychological assistance programs for teachers. The teaching profession requires high emotional involvement and responsibility, so it is important to find ways to cope with stress in order to maintain not only their psychological stability, but also the quality of education they provide. It has been established that regular meetings and exchange of experience can reduce stress levels and increase job satisfaction. These findings can form the basis for further research in the field of pedagogical practice and psychology.
