This article analyzes the role of emotions in behavioral finance. The literature is analyzed, which helps to identify and identify the current trends in research. An overview of modern research methods that can be applied to the analysis of emotional concepts in behavioral finance is presented. Possible areas of research of the emotional component in making investment decisions are also shown.
