Emotional, communicative and social resources of the modern townspeople’s fulfillment

The article is published as a part of the project “Interdisciplinary research of the barriers preventing from the human development and fulfillment in Perm urban agglomeration, and capabilities of the Perm State University for Education Science and the Humanities in its actualization”.
