Emotional disturbances in the preschool years play an important role in the preschool education of Russia as the main factor influencing a number of important indicators the development of our society. Emotional disturbances at preschool age are a multidimensional phenomenon resulting from the influence of a large number of factors that affect all areas of a child’s personality, an emotional state that builds up his mental life and practical experience and worldview of a child. In this article, the concept of "emotional disorders" is considered from the point of view of the institutional approach.
