This article analyzes the development of emotional intelligence in the professional deformation of personnel. Theoretical aspects of the concept of "emotional intelligence", factors and methods of its development are considered. Having studied this issue, we can conclude that for the development of emotional intelligence in professional deformation, it is necessary to correctly perceive, realize and control your emotions.
