Empathy as professionally significant quality of a clinical psychologist

The article reveals the essence of empathy as the ability of the individual to comprehend and recreate the inner world of another person and the main professionally important quality necessary for a psychologist to effectively carry out professional activities. The results of the study of the level of empathy of students-psychologists are described.
