An empirical analysis of the structure and features of the values of future specialists with different self-assertion strategies is considered. Empirically, correlations between the ranking of terminal and instrumental values and the dominant strategy of self-affirmation have been revealed. The psychological features of the choice of the prevailing strategy of self-affirmation and the structure of personal values are shown, depending on various personal factors, including gender, age.
