The empirical analysis of the salary inequality in the organization (the case of the Ural industrial company)

In work the policy in the field of compensation of workers and influence of various factors on the general inequality in distribution of earnings in the organization on the example of the Ural industrial company is analyzed. Difference of the conducted research from the majority known is allocation of the reasons of a salary inequality in the organizations, and also measurement of its size in a section of vocational groups of workers by means of index Theil. Among factors of differentiation of compensation in the organization are established intra organizational, institutional and market, and also observed, not observable. The special attention is paid to the analysis of decision-making at realization of policy in the field of compensation and to its consequences, including the level, structure and differentiation of a salary, and its reaction to change of external and internal conditions of activity of the organization. «Descent» to levels of aggregation of vocational groups of workers forces to reconsider a profession role in formation of salaries...
