Scientistic interpretation of scientific rationality assumes that rationality means the exact mathematical experimental science as it has begun to develop since XVII-XVIII centuries. Meanwhile, this position is not peculiar to the philosophers of Modern Times, who were the founders of the rationalist (in generalized worldview rather than specific gnoseological opposition to the sensualist empiricism) philosophy. A prerequisite for the development of the whole belief system supports the philosophy of consciousness in terms of which the classical position of rationality is formulated.
