Encyclopedic multimedia associative dictionary “St. Petersburg in the works of world-famous people”: sociolinguistic survey preparation

The article focuses on the problem of questionnaire compilation for a socio-linguistic survey of English-speaking respondents. The main goal of the socio-linguistic survey is to reveal social, cultural and language characteristics of the respondents. The main principles of the socio-linguistic survey and questionnaire compilation are described. The analysis of the questionnaire in English is presented. Perspectives of further research are outlined.
