Hip replacement RM with cup

Analyzed the immediate and long-term results using VC RM cup in 2869 patients operated on the basis Municipal Clinical Hospital № 3 of Chelyabinsk. A clinical and immuno-biochemical examination with a certain level of lipoperoxides, antioxidant activity, the immunological analysis in 530 patients before and after total joint replacement using the RM cup with an uncomplicated course and 28 patients with the development of instability of implants (NOR). Patients were examined in terms of primary arthroplasty before surgery, after surgery for 1-3, 10-14 days, after 1 month, 3 months, and the development of instability of the implant. The control group consisted of 28 healthy individuals.
