Energy security of the countries of North-Eastern Asia in the framework of energy cooperation with Russia

Energy cooperation between Russia and the countries of Northeast Asia is of great importance for the economic development of these countries. This article examines the problem of ensuring the energy security of territories within the framework of international energy cooperation between Russia and the countries of Northeast Asia. The main aspects of the concept of energy security, including economic and environmental ones, are determined. The factors that have a direct impact on the energy security of the North-East Asian countries are identified. It was determined that energy cooperation based on strategic partnership of states, including the creation of a common energy market, the formation of a unified legal framework, and the development of a unified energy policy will not only increase the economic efficiency of international trade in energy resources, but will also contribute to ensuring the energy security of the countries of the region.
