Russia-China energy cooperation in the Arctic

This article examines Russian-Chinese cooperation in the hydrocarbon development in one of the world political agenda central regions. Attention is paid to the geopolitical and economic interests of Russia and China in the implementation of the largest joint projects in the Arctic region - plants for the production of liquefied natural gas, the role of China in their construction and launch is determined. Based on the analysis of various sources, the author came to the conclusion that energy cooperation between Russia and China in the Arctic is one of the most promising and rapidly developing areas of interstate relations.
