Τhe article considers the untranslatable topos “energy of the delusion” (Leo Tolstoy, Victor Shklovsky) and proves its roots in philosophic discussions on pure acts (energies). The Neo-platonist discussion, if act is act of abstraction or act of empathy (resp. Plotinus vs Iamblichos) tended to be reproduced in European aesthetics and philosophy (Nietzsche, Worringer). Any life-making program was actualization of the conflict, in attempts to solve it predicating act with unusual characteristics, as in this case.
Philosophy of literature, expression, images of move and development in literature, energy (pure act), life-making, untranslatable, predicating
