Power-space cluster as a base of innovative development of the territory

Cluster approach forms the conditions for the interaction of business and authorities and provides the increase of regional and national competitiveness. Forming and development of the clusters on the base of the experimental industrial enterprises, especially in nuclear power engineering and cosmic branch, where the high level of production, high technologies and expert high-skill personnel are retained, is the most perspective now, because the objective of the state is not only to retain but to provide for further development in proper direction. The power space cluster as a new form of arrangement of enterprises in closed administrative territories is considered in the article.
