Energy saving as a factor of sustainable development of the enterprises of a municipal complex

The priorities of the state policy in the housing services and utilities (application of effective technologies, modernization of equipment and objects of the housing services and utilities), established by the Housing and Communal Services Development Strategy in the Russia for the period until 2020, require the introduction of innovative management and technological solutions. Energy saving is part of an innovative program that is being developed for utilities. The economic effect of energy saving is expressed through direct reduction of costs for the supplied utilities resources, as well as due to the fact that savings are made under investment budget items related to the maintenance and development of the housing and utilities services system while maintaining a high degree of public satisfaction with utility services.
