Epidemiological assessment of the dynamics of the incidence of chlamydia in the Primorsky territory among women of reproductive age in the period from 2005 to 2020

The article discusses the importance of chlamydia infection during pregnancy in terms of the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in Primorsky Krai in 2020, which ranks 3rd - 21.6%. The relevance of this problem is due to the fact that chlamydia complicates the course of pregnancy and can lead to: spontaneous termination of pregnancy, the development of pathological formation of the fetus and placenta, premature birth. The article provides a retrospective epidemiological analysis of the forms of state statistical observation No. 34 “Information on patients with diseases transmitted mainly by sexual means” in the Primorsky Territory in the period from 2005 to 2020.
